(Counseling Services are covered by some Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Please check with your Human Resources Department for more details about EAP coverage for sessions.)
Karen S. Rubinstein, M.S., L.M.F.T. is considered out-of-network for all insurance plans. You are welcome to submit invoices to your insurance company for possible compensation reimbursement.
